A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. We offer Traditional Boxing and Thai Boxing/Muay Thai. 

Muay Thai helps increase the speed, agility, strength and cardiovascular endurance of the practitioner. Muay Thai teaches you methods of self defense, as well as toughens and sharpens your mind. Boxing help boost the immune system, providing strength and endurance to muscles. All this results in self confidence, and self discipline.

A combination class of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core strength, and functional movement patterns. You will get EVERYTHING you need! 


Using HIIT techniques combined timed interval training for a longer burn, you engage all muscle groups get you in the best shape of your life. Designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, healthy, challenge your mind and body.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day was first widely observed in May 1868. The celebration commemorated the sacrifices of the Civil War and the proclamation was made by General John A Logan. Following the proclamation, participants decorated graves of more than 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers. 

It is important to take time to remember the sacrifices that bought their freedom. Here are some ideas on how to celebrate this important American holiday:

  • Send a note of thanks to Veterans you know. 

  • If you know someone who has lost a loved one in battle, offer to help with a household project or help meet a special need they have. 

Here are some more ideas:

  • Visit a local cemetery and place flags or flowers on the graves of fallen soldiers. 

  • Fly the American flag at half-staff until noon. 

  • Participate in the National Moment of Remembrance at 3:00 pm. Pause and think upon the meaning of Memorial Day.

To me, Memorial Day is the day we remember what it means to be a hero. ... Memorial Day is the day we thank those who did not get the joyous homecoming, or have since been laid to rest. It is the day we remember the heroes who gave everything for the soldiers serving next to them and the people they left at home.

2. What is the first step once I join?

Once you join you will recieve a welcome email within 24 hours. You may start the next day from your purchase. Please email us or text us (info above) to let us know when you would like to start so we can have everything ready for you. We go over the basics in class if your a beginner so you will enjoy awesome safe workouts that you love. You will also be on the VIP list, receiving weekly emails with special events, health tips and updates every Sunday morning. 

3. If I am out of shape can I still join?

Yes, of course, we also have modifications for every move. It will seem like it gets easier day after day but really its you who are getting better. The workouts are good for all ages and all fitness levels.
