  • HOW MANY CLASSES CAN I DO?

We recommend 2-3 classes per week, but you can do unlimited classes per week.  The harder you work the faster the reward. 

  • HOW LONG IS IT?

6 Weeks Starting March 25th, 2018, but if you register now, you can start now and the actual program will start now. 

  • WHEN CAN I REGISTER?

You may pre-register anytime between now and March 25th.

  • HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

We will begin by having you attend at the very least 2 sessions per week. The classes will include very simple, fun and new workouts to keep you motivated and wanting for more.  You will be training while transforming.  Our goal for the shred program is to reduce the density of your skin fat, tighten and tone your body.
