CLASSES

KICKBOXING

Want a workout that will work your entire body, blast fat and give you a great challenge? Kickboxing could be the sport you're looking for. In addition, regularly performing a kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

THAI BOXING & BOXING

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. We offer Traditional Boxing and Thai Boxing/Muay Thai. 

Muay Thai helps increase the speed, agility, strength and cardiovascular endurance of the practitioner. Muay Thai teaches you methods of self defense, as well as toughens and sharpens your mind. Boxing help boost the immune system, providing strength and endurance to muscles. All this results in self confidence, and self discipline.

TNT HIIT BOOTCAMP

A combination class of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core strength, and functional movement patterns. You will get EVERYTHING you need! 

 

Using HIIT techniques combined timed interval training for a longer burn, you engage all muscle groups get you in the best shape of your life. Designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, healthy, challenge your mind and body.
